    I met Shelby Thursday evening. By Friday, she had me in contact with a lender. By Saturday, I was pre-approved for a loan. Sunday, we looked at homes and put in an offer Sunday night. Monday, we negotiated the offer. Tuesday, she scheduled an inspection. Wednesday, we renegotiated the contract based off the inspection and are now we ready to close only about 40 days after the first day I met with her. I’m not saying your exact situation will allow the same, but I can promise you she will work super hard, outside of normal business hours, bringing in her connections in the industry, and be diligent an advocate for your needs. In other words, Shelby has been fantastic, truly worthy of 5 stars!

Paul is awesome at what he does, and combine him with the rest of the team that are also great at what they do, like the Transaction Coordinator, Arika, I really don’t think there is a better real estate group in the twin cities.
